Brief Description:
StudioFive10 Wellness Camp is an engaging and interactive program aimed at nurturing the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students. Offered during winter, spring, and summer breaks, the camp provides a safe, fun environment where students participate in interactive games, collaborative projects, SEL workshops, and outdoor adventures. These activities are designed to help campers identify and express their emotions, build healthy relationships, and develop effective communication skills, fostering personal growth and resilience.

Program Objectives:
Our camp emphasizes key life skills such as stress management, self-regulation, goal setting, resilience, and responsible decision-making, equipping students to navigate everyday challenges with confidence. By integrating social-emotional learning (SEL) into camp activities, we aim to enhance self-esteem, boost academic engagement, and create a supportive community atmosphere.

  • Self-Awareness: Campers will develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and learn self-expression techniques to effectively recognize and manage their feelings.
  • Self-Management: Students will learn to practice self-control and develop coping skills for dealing with challenges, preparing them for success both at camp and in their daily lives.
  • Social Awareness and Relationship Skills: Through collaborative games and group activities, campers will build empathy, respect, and healthy relationships with their peers.
  • Resilience and Goal Setting: Activities will focus on teaching students how to set and achieve personal goals, fostering resilience and perseverance.
  • Responsible Decision-Making: Campers will learn to make thoughtful and informed choices, considering the impact of their actions on themselves and others, contributing to a positive and inclusive camp environment.
